Playing The Changes is an intermediate-level mandolin workshop for the mandolin player looking for a straightforward method to develop better solos/breaks. This approach works in various musical styles, including jazz, country, bluegrass, and blues.
Music Theory Alert:Ā This workshop deals with chord tones being referred to by letter names (A, B, C, etc.), so students should know (or be willing to learn) the names of the notes and where they are located on the mandolin fingerboard.
I have included a bonus course called "Getting To Know The Notes" which you can access as soon as you sign up so you can get up to speed on the names of notes by October 10, when the live workshop opens.
